Please take note of the following:
*Prices may change without notice.
*A deposit of 50% is payable to confirm your booking. Balance of payment must be received two weeks prior to arrival.
*There are NO card facilities. We only accept CASH or EFT.
*Check in time: 02h00 Check out time: 10h00. 
*There is a coffee shop at our reception, if you would like any meals at our coffee shop please note that a prior booking must be made. Catering is available ONLY on request for small to large groups. 

Please take note of the following:
* The pools are for everyone's enjoyment and for everyone's safety we ask that you do not take any glass drinks into the pool areas.
*Please note that the indoor pool will be closed at 21h00.
* We provide bedding with all our accommodation. However, during the winter months, we recommend you bring additional blankets.
*Towels, Toiletries, Food & Beverages are NOT included in your booking unless specifically organised.
*Any damage should be reported immediately and fair compensation agreed upon. 

The following items are prohibited:
*Firearms. Motorcycles. Pets. 
*No fires are allowed outside of the designated braai areas
*Anyone acting recklessly due to excessive alcohol abuse will be escorted off the premises

Please take note of the following:
*This is a nature reserve and under NO circumstances may wood be collected from the property.
*Braai wood, ice, ice-creams, cold drinks, sweets and crisps are available at the Tuck-Shop. There is NO meat or alcohol sold at the tuck-shop
*Mobiles-Signal is very limited and, on some networks, non-existent. Please take a deep breath and find peace in nature. There is Wi-Fi at the reception for emergency's
*No game drives after dark
*Do not feed the animals. We have ostriches who wonder through the grounds. We feed them enough. So, to avoid them, and any other animals, from becoming nuisances we kindly ask that you do not feed any animals on the farm.
*There are monkeys. You may not see them but they will steal your snacks. Please keep your food and belongings safe.

· No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – NO REFUND

· Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% refund due

· Cancellation between 31 and 60 days before stay – 50% refund due

· Cancellation between 61 and 90 days before stay – 75% refund due

· Cancellation between 91 days before stay – Full Refund due.

· NB if a booking was moved to a new date, the cancellation policy still stays according to the initial date that was booked and therefore refunds will not be applicable to moved bookings.
